I'm Eleanor: a mom of two, small business owner, and real estate agent. I have been creating in some capacity my whole life and come from a long line of bad-ass women who take on the world in spaces that are typically male dominated.

I've learned quickly that the world is not designed for those like myself to thrive, so I wanted to create a space for learning and support for fellow women that is welcoming and understanding of whatever chapter of life you are in.

I initially created a social media group (Small Business Babes of Lejeune) where women are free to ask questions and connect digitally and host bi monthly (ish) in-person meet ups to create bonds with other female entrepreneurs beyond the screen. Over my years in business, I've learned the connections I make at markets are some of the strongest friendships and they survive because of that personal connection.

I wanted to create a space that mimics this, as not all business owners have the option or reason to set up at a "vendor event", but they are just as deserving of those connections and support. I fully believe in "community over competition" and that we can take over the world if we work together.
